ROLDA in numbers ,2007

Working with VETIMED veterinary clinic (DVM Gingarasu) ,performed 315 spay/neuter in Galati.

Helped the local community by providing veterinary assistance to 474 animals.

Local companies joined forces with ROLDA for a massive spay/neuter program within MITTAL garden ,as well as building an Adoption Center -unique because of the services going to offer to local community.

ROLDA's education program is addressed to more problems. We encourage people to learn about importance of spay/neuter, de-worming and flea control not only for each pet' comfort, but as sign of a civic responsibility .We raised awareness about the vaccination, also the prevention mass-spreading diseases.

Our appearance in local and international media attracted new local volunteers, especially youth. 6 international volunteers from Europe and USA helped ROLDA along the 2007 year.

Peace Corps volunteers joined our forces starting July, 2007.

We were represented at 2 international conferences on animal's welfare.
