The Avatar of Hope vs. The Avatar of Evil

Shannon McCabe has now become the Avatar of Hope for desperate Romanian dogs, cats, horses & donkey's. Animals that are homeless. Animals  that are abused.  Animals that are trying to survive by eating garbage and drinking filthy sewer water from the streets in Romania. How can people be so cruel as to let these homeless dogs fend for themselves? How can they allow them to walk the streets infested with ticks and fleas? Are most humans avatars of evil, to allow a defenseless animal roam their country sides?
Romania is a gorgeous country, but the ugliness of Romania is seeing homeless animals trying to survive, getting hit by vehicles and their lifeless bodies strewn upon the roadways.

It is time to stand up and become an Avatar of Hope and donate our money for a good cause. ROLDA was created by an angel named, Dana Costin she seeks a loving home for these poor defenseless animals.
These animals have unconditional love for humans, why don't we show them the same kind of love? They hope for a good life. They have hopes of a happy home. They have hopes for love and affection. They have hopes of playing and having fun. They have hopes of eating well. They have hopes of survival!

If angels exist, then perhaps Shannon and people like Shannon will take it upon themselves to find homes for these loving animals. Many of these dogs desperately need medical attention. Are we that heartless to ignore their needs?

I will shift away from our homeless dog friends in Romania and talk about an evil historical icon of Romania.
This historical icon is an Avatar of Evil. In the central part of Romania is Transylvania. This is the home of Vlad III - Prince of Wallachia, also known as Vlad the Impaler 1431 to 1476. You still don't know who I am
talking about? Bram Stroker wrote an 1897 novel called Dracula. Dracula is based on Vlad Tepes aka Vlad the Impaler or Dracul (meaning devil).

Vlad holds the Avatar of Evil honor, because his legend has him impaling, torturing, skinning, burning, roasting and boiling Turks and Bulgarians. He would feast on a scrumptious dinner amongst impaled corpses.
Perhaps 23,884 Turks and Bulgarians fell victim to the wrath of Dracula. I do believe Dracula is the true Avatar of Evil. Bram Stroker had fun with his creation Dracula and based his character on Vlad Tepes and Countess Elizabeth Bathory who was known to bathe in virgin's blood to maintain her youth.

Perhaps it's this kind of evil that is harboring within some of our souls that allows us to ignore dogs that desperately need our help. If some people like Dracula have no sympathy for their fellow man, how do we suppose they would have sympathy for a dog?

That is why it's time for us to step up to the plate and help the dogs of Romania, because if we don't help them, who will?
