HELP FIDUCIA SHELTER IN REGHIN,MURES

 

Fiducia is the name of a local foundation registered in Reghin , Mures county by Lidia Maier(now 74 years old) and a group of 32 other founders, which passing years, they gave up helping one by one. Presently there are still 4 dedicated members to save and help the homeless animals at Fiducia.

 

 

 
An agreement signed with local authorities complicated the situation for Fiducia. Practically these people were blackmailed to allow the City Hall to occupy half of Lidia 'land. In that half took abusively by the authorities, the locals manage in their own manner a sort of pound where euthanasia is performed regularly, according with anonymous local witnesses.

 

 
On the other half of the land, still Fiducia' property -Lidia put the latest 13-14 years of her life. Every day. Rescue homeless animals is not her work, isn't what makes her ego feel better....rescue animals is her a way to live a fullfilled life!

 

 
Lidia hired a homeless man which helps her with the animals and there is also a local veterinary DVM Levente and his assistant Szusza which volunteers at the shelter, for the dogs needs.
 
There are two guardian angels of Lidia and her 130 dogs: doctor Doina and engineer Rad which helps from own pocket for dogs feeding and current needs.

Starting years back, Rad helps building and repairing the kennels,also financially for emergency needs.

As you can imagine, any type of help no matter how small it is, and not necessarily financially is very appreciated, if you have spare dog toys, bowls, dry or canned food, biscuits or vitamins, blankets or dog coats...it would be a HUGE surprise to send to these animals!
