Pia is a beautiful, intelligent, very realistic and organized girl from Norway. She is working back home with people with mental disorders, and use her earnings to come as volunteer to Romania, paying herself the trip.

DVM SARAH HUGHES VOLUNTEERS TO ROLDA IN 2009

Having recently qualified as a vet, and after the stress of final exams, I was looking to take a break and have a change of scene. But I also wanted to put my newly gained qualification to good use. Veterinary volunteer work offered a cheap way of getting away and experiencing another country whilst also being relevant to my degree.

     I support Romanian Strays and have become a   celebrity spokesperson for ROLDA. Animals suffer there and die on the streets and authorities turn a blind eye. ROLDA is working hard to save lives and change laws to protect animals in this beautiful country.I don't see borders when it comes to saving lives. Won't you join me in support of such a needed organization in Romania?
