Our 2nd shelter
Both ROLDA shelters are situated within Galati area. The building of 2nd shelter was started in 2007 ,with help offered by local companies, impressed by ROLDA activity over the years,convinced by our determination to change the faith of homeless animals.
The new dogs facility includes indoor/outdoor dogs kennels ,an education center and a veterinary clinic offering social (support community) programs. This project is conceived to be a support base for both homeless animals and people caring for them...
ROLDA 1st shelter
Over the years, ROLDA proved to be the ONLY LOCAL NGO capable to build shelters for local homeless animals .
Our shelters offer good conditions and our motivation is to transform locals mentality,by showing a different type of animals care and changing bit by bit the look of the concentration camps that Romanians are used to see when it's about homeless furry beings.
Built in 2003 the ROLDA 1st shelter is located 7 km outside Galati town and was conceived to be an answer to the local homeless animals problem; a problem severely increasing in the past years.

ROLDA's biggest accomplishment is saving lives and when possible -offering to the saved animals a secure and loving home !
